Wheel 'n' Roast Spits.
All Meats are then carved for each guest at the buffet table, allowing the heat and freshness to remain.

- LAMB.................Boned Leg Sprigged with Rosemary and Garlic Served with Mint Jelly
- PORK.................Rolled Loin of Pork, seasoned with dried apricots or a seasoning of your own choice. Served with crunchy crackling & apple sauce.
